1. Eligibility and acceptance
Top Suf is intended for people in the United States who are at least 18 years old. By creating an account or using Top Suf, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use the service.
These terms supplement Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. Apple’s agreement controls where it must under the App Store rules.
2. Informational service only
Top Suf organizes publicly available market conversations, delayed third-party market displays, podcast metadata, official macroeconomic observations, and links to publisher articles. Conversation rank measures discussion volume and is not an investment rating.
Top Suf does not recommend, solicit, or encourage buying, selling, or holding securities. It does not provide investment, financial, tax, legal, brokerage, or investment-advisory services. Users are responsible for their own decisions and should verify information with primary sources and qualified professionals.
3. Third-party content and services
Podcast audio streams from the publisher or its media provider. Article selections open the publisher’s page. TradingView supplies delayed market displays. Top Suf does not control, endorse, guarantee, or rehost that third-party content.
Third-party services may be delayed, inaccurate, incomplete, unavailable, or subject to separate terms and privacy practices. Publisher, host, guest, and article opinions are their own.
4. Accounts and security
Users must provide an email address they control, keep credentials confidential, and promptly secure an account if unauthorized access is suspected. Users may not impersonate another person or interfere with authentication or service security.
Core public content is available without an account. An account is used for cross-device Saved synchronization. A user may permanently delete the account and cloud Saved data from Account settings.
5. Acceptable use
Users may not misuse the app, probe or bypass security, automate abusive traffic, scrape or redistribute third-party data, copy or rehost publisher audio, violate intellectual-property rights, introduce malicious code, or use Top Suf for unlawful activity.
Top Suf may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, publishers, infrastructure, legal rights, or service reliability.
6. Intellectual property
Top Suf’s software, original interface, brand, and logo are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Podcast names, artwork, audio, article titles, company names, exchange marks, and TradingView materials belong to their respective owners. No ownership transfers to the user.
7. Availability and changes
The free service may change, suspend, or remove features and sources. Top Suf does not promise that any security, episode, article, quote, chart, or account feature will always be available. Material changes to these terms will be presented with a new effective date and, when appropriate, renewed acceptance.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Top Suf is provided as is and as available, without guarantees of accuracy, timeliness, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. Investing can result in loss of principal.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Additional warranty and liability terms applicable to the iOS app are governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement.
9. Ending use
Users may stop using Top Suf at any time and may delete their account in the app. Sections that by their nature should continue—including intellectual property, disclaimers, and responsibility for prior misuse—survive account deletion.
